Job Summary:
Provide pre-sales and technical support to the Communication Services sales
teams, chiefly through designing, articulating and pricing bid-winning business
process automation solutions from a suite of solution offerings. Solutions
include (but not limited to) accounts payable and receivable automation, case
management automation (processing loan, claim or financial product
applications), outsourced digital mailroom solutions, content management,
document composition and multi-channel communications.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-sales support
·
Influencing the outcome of sales
proposals through the design and the articulation (i.e. verbal, presentations
and written responses) of customer specific solutions.
·
Complete financial models and
price strategically such that revenue and profit are maximised by understanding
the cost base of our customer's business, competitor pricing, and the value our
solution delivers.
Technical support
Become a trusted advisor to
internal and external customers, demonstrating innovation, and differentiating
Computershare's business process automation capabilities.
Solutions include, but are not
limited to, accounts payable and receivable processes, case management
processes (loan, claim or financial product applications), outsourced digital
mailroom solutions, content management, document composition and multi-channel
communications.
Project Management
Provide leadership and direction
to technical teams implementing the solutions to ensure the delivered outcome
meets customer requirements and expectations.
Business Analysis
Contribute to the collection,
documentation and analysis of business requirements and implementation
decisions.
Market input to Product Development
Contribute to Computershare's
e-Business product development by feeding back client and market requirements,
demonstrated by documenting and presenting these ideas and backing these
initiatives up with a business case.
Reporting
Documenting each month a report
on solutions design outcomes and pipeline activity, make available by the end
of the first week of the succeeding month.
Skills and Experience Required:
·
Minimum of 5-7 years of
experience in Inbound Process Automation or IT Solutions Consulting.
·
Strong Communication Skills –
being able to make complex issues easy to understand.
·
Understanding of the value
proposition, strengths & weaknesses of our competitors.
·
Demonstrated ability to plan,
manage and provide strategic direction and leadership for large and complex
projects.
·
Solution development, i.e.
applying our service offering to client needs.
·
Sensing what is important to the
customer, uncovering their business needs and drivers.
·
Technical understanding of our
solutions and the ability to apply them to our customer's needs through current
state analysis and documenting business processes.
·
Flexibility in style to work with
different stakeholders with varying degrees of experience, capability and
seniority.
·
Financial, presentation and
written capabilities to contribute to pricing, sales proposals, and RFP
responses.
·
Business case development and
being able to articulate the benefits.
