We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to the Head of Human Resources, based in our Brisbane office.  The position is a fixed term maternity leave contract for 12 months.  Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

•  Complex diary management

•  Meeting preparation and minute taking

•  Report preparation and submission

•  Coordination of travel and expense management

•  Providing general administrative support

•  Document control

The successful applicant will have previous executive and administrative assistance experience having supported senior level management. You will be self motivated and proactive within fast turnaround environments.  Displaying initiative, you will be a strong communicator, comfortable with people management, whilst having the ability to successfully liaise with relevant Senior Managers.

With exceptional time management skills, you will have demonstrated working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Document Management Systems. Whilst not essential, familiarity with or demonstrated exposure to mining environments will be highly advantageous.
