The PositionReporting to the Supervisor Overland Conveyor, you will be responsible for a wide range of fixed plant duties to meet the required safety, quality and production targets.

Your duties will include:

•     Control and Monitor BBM Fixed Plant (Crushing and Conveying)
•     Execute the production activities according to the Schedule and only where competent to do so.
•     Work with physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by the Operation's standards and operating procedures.
•     Adhere to defined standard procedures and apply safe work practices.
•     Assist to develop and enhance work practices and procedures.
•     Understand the purpose and functionality of critical controls relevant to work tasks of the Production Execution sub-function and work to the prescribed performance standards and controls.
•     Review and update plans and equipment history and communicate status to appropriate parties.
•     Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all events and hazards.
•     Review and request updates to Work Management and other Master Data as required to achieve timely and accurate execution of work orders (e.g. capturing time and attendance as well as all transactional data about work performed).

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant must have a current and valid "C" class drivers' licence and a preferred 2 years experience in a mining environment is desirable. Sound communication, interpersonal, team-oriented approach and a safe record in mining equipment operation are essential. Computer Skills would be an advantage.
