Reporting to: CEO



Location: Nairobi



Salary: Ksh 250,000-  300,000 plus commission

Our client is a renowned vehicle parts, auto accessories and body building company with more than two decades in the business. They seek to hire a country sales manager whose main role is to oversee the entire sales and marketing portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
·             Meet the annual sales targets outlined in the annual forecast
·             Ensure recruitment, training, development and appraisal of the sales team
·             Monthly reports regarding specific areas of responsibility
·             Provide timely response to customer quote requests and order processing
·             Ensure  collection of debt within the agreed credit terms
·             Handle cutomer complaints
·             Liase with workshop and production manager on orders and production requirements
·             Maintain awareness through out the company of competitor products
·             Present to the CEO annual business development plansfor the product lines
·             Maintain and extend good workin relations with motor industry players ie auto dealers, parastatals, Oil & Gas, Torism industry, NGO and fleet companies
·             Expand the dealer network in the country
·             Conduct regular product training
·             Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
·             Incharge of the entire export sales portfolio
Qualifications
·             Additional advanced qualifications are an added advantage
·             Degree or Diploma qualifications in Business (Sales & Marketing)
·             5 to 7 year experience in the automotive industry
·             Minimum 5 years leading a sales team
·             Prior experience in Key Accounts, Distributor management, and dealerships
·             Genuine interest in the Motor industry
·             Result oriented manager with a take charge attitude
·             Competitive drive, good at building networks and can operate easily at senior level management
·             Strong team player and comfortable with extensive travel
·             Excellent spoken and written English
·             Excellent computer skills
·             Entry level job skills
