Summary:

·             Intermediate position supporting Finance Manager.

·             Requires a diverse skill set.

·             Role vital in meeting deadlines for internal and external reporting including statutory and management reporting.

·             Strong analytical and communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:

·             Reconciles bank accounts on daily basis and initiates action on reconciling items.

·             Processes monthly accrual, prepaid and other finance entries for CTCC and CTS entities.

·             Responsible for balance sheet analysis of CTCC and CTS entities.

·             Receives, reviews and processes journal uploads, month end journal uploads and work in progress accruals.

·             Actively involved in assisting the budget and forecasting processes.

·             Other duties as delegated from time to time.

Skills and Experience required:

·             Enrolled in Accounting Designation.

·             Advanced level of EXCEL, Intermediate level experience on PC applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), in-house systems.

·             Experience in Epicor/eBack office, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management or equivalent program.

·             Minimum  3 to 5 years accounting experience.
