Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Concrete Operations Manager, we are looking to appoint experienced Concrete Production Managers, whose primary focus will be to develop, implement and monitor strategies for the safe production and delivery of ready mix concrete in clustered batch plants in Brisbane, ensuring a Zero Harm Environment for all employees and contractors. Working with Boral's operating procedures, you will have a strong focus on embedding lean principles (Boral Production System),and achieving and sustaining cost effectiveness. You will be customer focused ensuring the quality of the products and service provided are number one in the market. .

Key to the success in this role will be your demonstrated experience managing concrete production plants along with well-developed knowledge of LEAN principals would be advantageous.  You will have an enthusiastic desire to maintain a productive team environment where high morale contributes to customer satisfaction.

 Ideally you will have relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive industry experience, along with the ability to keep up to date with relevant industry developments.
